Dr. Tom Mboya, PhD, is the Founder of the Community of Practice for Invention Educators (CoPIE) and serves as Lead Ecosystem and Assistant Director at the Teacher Service Commission, Kenya. A passionate champion of innovation in education, he has dedicated his career to building communities of practice that support educators in adopting creative, learner-centred approaches to teaching and learning across Kenya.
